We got in contact with him when we were moving to NJ from Ohio, and he lined up several apartments that fit our criteria. When we chose one we liked, he did all of the necessary paperwork, stayed in constant contact with the landlord, and had us moved in within days. He helped when a huge problem turned up, too.
The apartment we moved into was part of a community and the landlord didn't know that they had changed their policy regarding dogs - we had two, and the policy put in place a few months before said we could only have one. We had to move out. Steven talked to the landlord about the pain-in-the-neck this was, and we were able to stay at the apartment and pay next to nothing as he found us a new place. Then, within days, he found us a great place up the street and worked with the landlord so we could move in immediately. The landlord wanted to clean and do repairs, but we were allowed to move in while he was doing this work so we didn't have to stay in an expensive hotel.
Steven saved us alot of time looking for apartments. We were coming from another state and were having a very hard time deciding where to move in the area. He gave us a wide range of choices and was professional and an excellent communicator during the whole process.

He helped us every step of the way and was super friendly. He was flexible with his schedule and was able to show us apartments late evenings and on weekends. During the process, we had some issues with Lender and Steven quickly helped us in finding a new lender and everything went smooth there after. We really love our new home and cant thank him enough.
